White Castle in Festus

The food was great.. no issues with the order.. we were traveling

Tried the new sloppy Joe and bbq brisket. They both had a ok taste but the brisket was very skimpy even for White Castle. They need to put more on the bun! The brisket was a little on the dry and crispy side. I don't think either was good enough to bring me back for those two items. Will stick with the normal sliders.

Ah yes, the Castle of White! Delicious mini two bite burgers, krinkle cut salty fries and chicken rings. Honestly, the coronavirus makes it hard to leave a very specific review when you can only drive thru or takeout. I can tell you that the order was correct from the drive thru and the food was great. Standard mini burgers and the fries and chicken rings were hotter which I like. I recommend this location for an wick accurate meal.

It just seemed like they had too many people in back. Rather than making my order faster, too many people in back is slowing them down.

It was clean. But you have to like onions. There was way to many onions. I couldn't taste the burger at all. The workers were really nice.

I have not has a total cattle in ages, the menu is updated, we had the breakfast sandwich, as well as the traditional burger, and the sloppy joe, everything was outstanding. A real treat, even Mom loved it.

I grew up in Detroit with a White Castle less than a mile from my house and I have loved them since childhood. I have moved my place of residence several times in my adult life and never to a place in the White Castle region of influence. I love getting a crave case on my way back to my non-WC locale and munching on them for at least two days - the day I buy them and the next day is usually as long as they last. I will always be a Porcelain Palace fan. Pro-tip: when you pick up your sack of sliders, splurge and buy the bottle of WC mustard. You can't order it on the sliders, but adding it before you take the first bite makes the experience even more heavenly ... it's a special recipe

White Castle what more is needed. One thing for sure it was a hell of a lot cleaner than that steak and shake across the street. Google would not ask about the nasty place that I walked out of. Steak and shake in Festus, Mo. I talked to the manager and pointed every nasty and very dangerous violations that was just in my eye sight she agreed with everything that I said and went about her day. Yes I reported them but haven't heard anything back. Beware of that nasty nasty place that is known as steak and shake in Festus Mo. Just sit at the counter and pay attention they were even recycling hamburger buns I saw this.

This was the first time I visited a White Castle branch. It tastes soooo much better than the frozen ones I get at Walgreens in Miami. Festus did not let us down.

Other than the long waits. The service is fine and food is always fresh

So hungry, this is where I've gone since I can remember. Employees could be more friendly & smile. But we will go inspire of the resting botch faces greeting us. It's all good at a white castle.

Love White Castle. Simple & terrific. Every time I go through St Louis I stop in Festus to grab some White Castles & add the brown mustard. Delicious.

First of all I love white castles. On July 5th ordered some and didn't get my cheese fries. Bummer. Tonight July 23rd went back. The order was correct. My problem is the man taking the money and giving me my food was not wearing gloves. Yuk. Don't know about others inside but I really didn't like him not wearing gloves.

They ran out of chicken? It's a chicken restaurant how do you run out chicken? I mean you don't hear of McDonald's running out of hamburger. In all fairness McDonald's doesn't sell a lot of real meat products, but they dont run out.

Great fast food made hot and fresh. Good prices with great flavor on the drinks. They are open 24 hrs 7days a week. Nice sit down or take home food. Family friendly and helpful staff.

We wanted to try the Belgium waffle sliders, really tasty, worth the trip but can’t give them 5 stars since the new multiple flavor beverage dispenser was out of lemonades & ice teas plus the dining area needed a clean up... I’ll be back soon and change the rating warranted.

Went thru drive thru over the weekend while the location was in the lunch rush times, my order was short 2 little burgers so I walked inside to fix- the manager on duty went above and beyond to correct my order, I was impressed how she took just one minute in her busy time and talk to me like a person and not a transaction just to correct an order. Even now- Something this small did matter at the time, and I wanted to say thank you again

It is white castle. Who would not give them 5 stars. They are always friendly.. Glad guys work there now. Prices have went up a lot.

Waited in the drive through for 35 minutes!! We made the mistake and moved lanes thinking we would get through faster, but we ended up having 3 cars pass by us. I think there is one co-worker running the joint all by themselves lol!

well this place hasn't changed. The hamburgers are so greasy that the buns soak up all the grease and when you take them out of the package you have to wring them out before you eat them. The meat was hiding under the pickle it was hiding under the cheese. The crinkle cut french fries are my favorite and I really enjoyed them so overall it wasn't a total loss however I probably won't ever order another belly bomber again.

Had the Pollack fish sandwich with cheese. Was white meat fish and tasted pretty good for White Castle.

I've always had hot food and great service! Stopped there today specifically asked extra sauces for mozzarella sticks..2-10 PC.He repeated at window and gave me 2..also no ketchup.What's up?!?!Dry and bland! Spent 32.00 ...Next visit I'll keep order small....N' that's no joke~ Cheers to the guy at the window..Hope it happens to you too.

Staff was nice, but I will just get them from the freezer aisle at the grocery store. The frozen ones taste better than the fresh ones!

Pretty good, there were only like five people in there but I think it should be more popular but the thing it that they have to meny works like the kitchen has double mabye triple the people in there on a friday night.

They get your order right. Its fast but the are not very friendly

Tell people about belly bombers-they need to-have to-experience the miracle! The onions, the succulent taste are like, heavenly. I personally, take 2 single burgers with pickles and mustard, loose the top buns and make my own double. Perfect any time of day. I prefer mine at breakfast. The ambiance is 50'ies ish. Black and white. Prepared in front of you. You just never know who will walk in the door.

Very quick service, clean facility and the same great taste you have come to expect. Nice little outdoor seating available as well.

I would give zero stars but cant, went through drive thru they forgot part of my order so had to go in and grab it. Eating fries found a hair in it so i tried calling, called about 5 or 6 times no answer so had to leave my info. They called and offered to replace food but at that point no thanks it went in the trash and i will not be returning.
